Don’t treat everyone like they’re ready to buy. They’re not. Meet them where they are. If you don’t you’ll waste marketing cycles and cash. - Hire the right team to sell

- Track the right metrics
It’s not just pipeline and close rates. Don’t forget velocity metrics like time to close: your cash conversion cycle matters. - Use the Noah Principle
Always hire two sales reps at a time. It’s not just redundancy, it’s an A/B test. One will be better than the other. - Train, train, train
Record calls, do breakdowns, role-play scenarios. Make it a continuous process. If you’re not training ongoing, you’re leaving money on the table. - Hire for listening skills
